Block Storage (Volumes) quotas are now generally available to ensure efficient resource allocation and provide predictable usage.
The new operations let you review any quota maximums applied to your account for the Block Storage service.

• List volume quotas (GET /volumes/quotas)
• Get a volume quota (GET /volumes/quotas/{quotaId})
• Get volume quota usage data (GET /volumes/quotas/{quotaId}/usage)
