Audit log generation support for Akamai Cloud Pulse (ACLP) is now in general availability.

Audit logs are time-stamped records that document events, actions, and changes within a service. They show what happened, who initiated the action, when it occurred, and relevant contextual details that help you understand activity over time. ACLP automatically captures audit events for control plane operations across supported Akamai Cloud services. This support lets you access and analyze these logs.

The Logs sub-category of operations is now available to all customers, for supported Akamai Cloud services:

• Create a destination (POST /monitor/streams/destinations)

• List destination (GET /monitor/streams/destinations)

• Get a destination (GET /monitor/streams/destinations/{destinationId})

• Update a destination (PUT /monitor/streams/destinations/{destinationId})

• Get a destination's history (GET /monitor/streams/destinations/{destinationId}/history)

• Delete a destination (DELETE /monitor/streams/destinations/{destinationId})

• Create a stream (POST /monitor/streams)

• List streams (GET /monitor/streams)

• Get a stream (GET /monitor/streams/{streamId})

• Update a stream (PUT /monitor/streams/{streamId})

• Get a stream's history (GET /monitor/streams/{streamId}/history)

• Delete a stream (DELETE /monitor/streams/{streamId})

New destination type - Custom HTTPS

When you set up a stream to gather logs, you need to set up a destination to store those logs. This release adds the custom_https destination type, that allows you to set up your own HTTPS-based destination target to store your logs.

Support for Kubernetes API audit logs

The audit logs component now supports for Kubernetes API audit logs (server logs), which capture detailed activity related to API requests and configuration changes within LKE Enterprise clusters.
