IoT Edge Connect has been updated to help improve the stability and maintainability of the service.
Changes include:

Enhanced subscription operation for persistent sessions (
cleansession=false) to improve reliability of QoS1 message delivery and to minimize the number of the duplicated messages during the reconnection process. -
Restoring the
$SYS/monitor/con/dropspath in Connection Monitoring to enhance troubleshooting connection problems related to bad authorization and client timeouts.
Other updates:
Several internal improvements to enhance the maintainability of the service.
