# SIEM Event Service enumerations

Enumerations you'll likely encounter when using the SIEM Event Service API. For information about the available SIME events, see [See event types](https://techdocs.akamai.com/identity-cloud/docs/identity-cloud-siem-events).

## SIEM event service status

* **Your request has been accepted and is being processed.** The service is preparing to act on your request.
* **creation queued**. Service activation should begin soon.
* **creation in progress**. Activation of the service is underway.
* **creation failed**. Activation didn't succeed. Try again, or contact your Identity Cloud representative for more information.
* **creation complete**. Service activation is complete.
* **deletion queued**. Deactivation of the service should begin soon.
* **deletion in progress**. Deactivation of the service is underway.
* **deletion complete**d. Service deactivation is complete.
* **deletion failed**. Deactivation didn't succeed. Try again, or contact your Identity Cloud representative for more information.

## Assign public keys

* **Your request has been accepted and is being processed**. Key assignment isn't complete, meaning that the key isn't ready for use.
* **creation complete**. Key assignment is complete and the key is ready for use.

## Delete public keys

* **Your request has been accepted and is being processed**. Key removal isn't complete, meaning that the key is still valid.
* **deletion complete**. Key removal is complete and the key is no longer valid.

## Activate SIEM

* **Your request has been accepted and is being processed**. Activation is underway, but SIEM isn’t ready for use.
* **activation complete**.  SIEM is ready for use.

## Deactivate SIEM

* **Your request has been accepted and is being processed**.  Deactivation is underway, but SIEM is still running.
* **Deactivation complete**. SIEM is no longer running.
