# July 15, 2025 — Character limit increase for Property Manager user-defined variables

You can now request an increase to a total of 4000 characters for all of your Property Manager user-defined variables. Contact your Akamai representative to make these changes to your account.

This increase is only available is for EdgeWorkers using the Dynamic and Enterprise [resource tiers](https://techdocs.akamai.com/edgeworkers/docs/select-a-resource-tier). EdgeWorkers using the Basic resource tier are not eligible for the limit increase.
