# Set up authorization

<!-- curl@0-100 -->
<!-- node@0-100 -->
<!-- python@0-100 -->

Before you can this API, you need to [Create authentication credentials](https://techdocs.akamai.com/developer/docs/set-up-authentication-credentials).

Then, you can use these code samples to apply the token values to your requests.

# Call the API

<!-- curl@0-100 -->
<!-- node@0-100 -->
<!-- python@0-100 -->

There are no input parameters, so go ahead and make a GET request to `/hapi/v1/products/display-names`.

# Review the response

<!-- curl@101 -->
<!-- node@101 -->
<!-- python@101 -->

The response returns the `productDisplayNames` array specifying the list of product ID to product name mappings.
- `productId`. A unique identifier for the product associated with the edge hostname.
- `productDisplayNames`. The product display name for products this API supports.

The `productId` is listed in the `edgeHostnames` array, but `productDisplayNames` is not, you would use this API to get product display names.
