You can visit the Akamai​ Status Page and ​Akamai​ EAA Maintenance Notifications Page to access real-time availability updates for EAA, track historical maintenance activities and incidents, and opt-in for maintenance alert notifications delivered via email, phone, slack, or text message.

The Akamai Status Page lets you know if any of the Akamai products are operational or down. You can also subscribe for any of these updates.

The Akamai EAA Maintenance Notifications Page lets you know if any of the Akamai Cloud Zones are operational or down. If you are using a Akamai Cloud Zone that is servicing your applications and is down, your users might have issues connecting to the application. The Akamai EAA Maintenance page also provides information if the API services, reporting, and configuration management services are operational or down. You can subscribe for any of these updates.
