Enhancements:

• 2024 Q1 Quarterly Security Image Upgrade
• Snapshot improvement to unlink the snapshot info from the general tab

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue with Suspended licenses displaying as "invalid license"
• Fixed an issue with the password change dialog not explaining password policy
• Fixed an issue with the "forgot your password" functionality no working
• Removed disabled server classes
• Disabled http2 in docker image to resolve a security vulnerability
• Fixed an issue with the About dialog upgrade process incorrectly trying to upgrade the database 
• Miscellaneous UI fixes
