Sept 26, 2022 — New `*88` Chinese operational domains

The latest Chinese DNS regulations require that each domain in a CNAME chain have an ICP number assigned to it. To meet the compliance requirements, Akamai has introduced special Chinese operational domains by adding the 88 string to the domain field of the original operational domain.
